fabulous riverfront retreat!
spacious room nespresso machine rooftop terrace convenient location
the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. i really appreciated the nespresso coffee machine in the room for my morning caffeine fix. i found the rooftop terrace overlooking the river a perfect spot for evening drinks and sunset views. plus, the location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and shops!
The elevator was a bit small. It only fit two people comfortably at a time.

I must say, the lift situation tested my patience. It seemed to operate on its schedule, not mine. I swear it was smaller than my closet. the breakfast price was a joke. Twenty-five euros for some toast? I think not.

charming stay near the arno
riverside location early check-in helpful staff
i enjoyed how close the hotel was to the river. it was easy to take a stroll and enjoy the scenery (a very nice bonus!). the staff allowed us to check in earlier than expected. i appreciated the helpfulness in making our arrival smooth and quick.
the lift was quite noisy and it did disturb sleep. i think better soundproofing would improve the experience.

the hotel provided a park service and also central location, i did have my bicycle and the staff was accomodating and kept it in a side room. this was quite convenient and secure (i not sketchy at all leaving it there).

the hotel includes a minibar with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. a bottle of prosecco was provided as a welcome gift. the breakfast room had an amazing design, with a feeling to be back in the 17th century.

the hotel is located outside the busy area. many good restaurants and cafes are in the area, but without the crowds. it is easy to walk by the arno river and reach all monuments.

nicely decorated room great location noisy lift worst shower
the room was nicely decorated. the hotel was in a great location and easy to access. (it was nice that i didn't have to worry about transportation much.)
the lift disturbed my sleep, it was very noisy. the shower was not the best, it was actually the worst i have experienced.
